Yoga

Here at Blossom and Grow Wellness Center we offer Prenatal Yoga (while pregnant), Mommy and Me Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and YogaFit classes. Our yoga instructors have taken specialized yoga teacher training in order to provide safe and effective classes.

Prenatal Yoga:

  • good for all trimesters 

  • promotes relaxation, reduces stress and alleviates pain

  • teaches breathing techniques that can help during labor

  • incorporates bonding with baby

  • strengthens pelvic floor muscles

  • includes time to build community/socialize

Mommy & Me Yoga:

  • for babies 4-12 months 

  • gentle physical activity for mom, promoting strength, flexibility and balance

  • bonding time for baby and mom with stimulation for baby

  • promotes relaxation, reduces stress and alleviates pain

  • helps rebuild pelvic floor strength and repair diastasis recti 

  • includes time to build community/socialize

Vinyasa:

  • improves strength and flexibility

  • incorporates mindfulness and meditation to reduce stress

  • improves posture

  • can improve cardiovascular health and support weight loss

  • enhances focus and concentration

YogaFit:

  • combination of yoga and group fitness

  • a full body workout

  • improves strength and flexibility

  • can improve cardiovascular health and support weight loss

$25 per class/$75 a month Just Classes Package/Included in Self-Care Packages
