Service Description

Group therapy can be a great addition to individual therapy or a standalone service. All groups offer community, support and education. During the therapeutic groups we will talk about different topics relating to pregnancy, postpartum, depression, anxiety and motherhood. These therapeutic support groups will be led by a licensed mental health therapist and will be held for 1 hour and 30 minutes to allow 30 minutes of community building/socialization and 1 hour of group work.

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If you no show for a service you will not be refunded back and you forfeit any credits used.
